The Nook Diner

Had an early get together, so decided to try it out.nWas very busy, but service never lacked. Staff was very friendly.nFood definitely tastes better than it looks! Beans were a bit bland, but other than that, the food was delicious.nWould definitely go back if I was in town.

My only complaint is that the diner isn't open more often. The place is a treat. It's a wave of nostalgia wrapped up in simple, excellent food. Makes me sad knowing that restaraunts can be this good if they put a little care into it when the bar is set higher than most other places can accomplish.

What a great diner! Food is great, portions are generous, prices are very fair. The atmosphere and decorum is very interesting to look at, has that 1950’s vib with lots of memorabilia on display. The background music is great too. The staff is so friendly and helpful too. Everything adds up to a very enjoyable dining experience.

The Nook was delicious and a cozy local place to get a bite. Get the home fries! The gravy was on point but, the biscuits were ok. Had a southern breakfast bowl and 10/10 would get again.

great buffet, many different breakfast meats, potatoes, egg dishes to choice from. I enjoyed silver dollar pancakes, French toast and a variety of breads. The small juice is a good serving. Coffee is good. Our waitress kept our table clean, drinks filled and ask how our meal was.
