The Common Man Roadside – Epsom

I ordered three things to help get some food in the house to wade out the stormy weather until I can get to the grocery store for a little extra. I got the Chicken Alfredo, Steak Bomb and a Chicken Buffalo Wrap. The first two are absolutely yummy beyond yummy. The Buffalo Chicken Wrap I was thinking BBQ...I always confuse the two and my son and I both don't like Buffalo Chicken very much, it tastes more tangy than spicy. Not very appetizing, yuckie. The first two were yummy. Wish I'd gotten a second of one of the others instead.

Waited 20 minutes for this $10 joke of a breakfast sandwich. Had I known I was getting McDonalds quality I would have ordered there.nnReally noticing a drop in quality from Common Man as a whole.

They a great selection of goods in the store and most at reasonable prices. But I paid fifteen dollars for a steak and cheese that looks like it's made with frozen steakums and it is maybe 10 inches long. I understand it's a roadside store , but for fifteen bucks come on. It also had no flavor whatsoever.

Everything is great unless you have a problem with your order, no problem for years. Had a sandwich made wrong, asked for it to be redone another day due to circumstances (even offer to still bring the old one back nobody would eat but they said no) was told the managers were great and just to come in. Went back, another wrong order, sandwich was made on plain white bread instead of what they usually serve it on with 1 slice of ham on each side. Very specifically placed. Not cut in half with the sandwich just 1 crumpled up piece of ham on each side. Maybe that’s what you get for asking for something to be redone? Maybe it’s their policy for “returns” idk but it was a $12.00 disappointment. Not sure if there are new people now who don’t care or they are just letting it go now that they’ve gotten popular. Usually fine but very disappointed, not going to try again.

Very nice store, didnt get food but what I did see looked like it would taste good. Customer service is great and the store is usually pretty clean.
