I had breakfast here. My wife and I both had the focaccia breakfast sandwich, which was a 10/10. Coffee was great as well! Will definitely be back.

Oh boy, here is yet another place to spend all my money. I had the Frittata sandwich and almost cried when it was gone. The ones Americano with cinnamon was PERFECT. So happy you folks are here!!!!!

The vibe, the service, the menu, this is a great addition to the area. Excellent vegetarian options (I loved the frittata sandwich), and local meat (5th quarter FTW) cold beer and ice cream. Something for everyone and not the same menu as every other “elevated pub” in town. Fills a gap needed. I’m an IPA guy, but it’s also refreshing (literally) to have a diverse list of pilsners instead of 19 double IPAs.

What an amazing new gem in Waterbury! Rachael and Tiff bring a creative and whimsical twist to time-tested favorites on the menu, which is also supported by an ever growing a well-curated wine program. This is my new favorite Waterbury haunt.
