SoBoL Seabrook

I literally just dropped by this place while shopping here in Seabrook today and I got a kiddie chocolate cacao bowl. It is divine! So refreshing and delicious,. And a healthier option than ice cream.nThe owner Tino, is warm and friendly and we talked for a bit while he was prepping my food. Everything is clean in the space and so inviting! Price was reasonable too!!

ABSOLUTELY LOVVVVEEEE!!!nnI am a repeat customer and at this point a bit of an addict 🤣. I love acai bowls and anything that has fresh high quality fruit!! These bowls are on another level with so many options to choose from. You can build your own bowls and smoothies creating a fully unique experience 😋. The fruit is the absolute freshest and fully ripe! The granola is a delicious house blend! Everything is delicious!! I find excuses to drive up to Seabrook all of the time! The staff is so friendly and make great suggestions on things to try. While some people might find items a little pricy keep in mind that you are paying for the absolute freshest highest quality ingredients and you can taste that difference. Thats what makes these bowls and smoothies so unique and yummy!nnIf you havent gone here I highly recommend!! You won't regret it. I know I will be coming back over and over!

Friendly service and the smoothies were great. Im on the AIP Diet so finding places I can trust to eat from is never easy but the ingredients list at Sobol sent me right inside to try it. I had the Spirulina Smoothie & also tried the Chocolate Cacao. I'll be back for sure looking forward to trying more!

The açaí bowls and waffles were delicious! Love açaí and these bowls were packed with all the goodies and a nice portion. Everything was very fresh and good quality fruits. The waffles were definitely a fun surprise.

SoBol is filling a void Seabrook sorely needed filled. Light/healthy options were few and far between here - not anymore!nnI love a traditional açaí bowl, so that is what I tried on my first visit. It was fresh, packed with toppings, and the perfect size (I got a regular) for breakfast. I can’t wait to try the rest of the flavors. I’m sure I will become a regular here!
