I CAME HUNGRY, I LEFT FULL!nnMy wife and I go to Lincoln NH to camp and we have been adventuring around. As we were heading to our usual spot at Big Rock we were amazed of the design of establishment. So I knew I was going to have to see what these pancakes were about! We went this past Saturday morning. We waited 10-15minutes to be seated. Big groups that day! As we waited we admired the clothes and little knickknacks along the inside entrance. They didn’t have my size in the shirt I wanted but that’s okay, maybe next time. Anyways, our server Noah was very kind and attentive. The menu hit all the marks. Design, orders, veggie, options! Like I said, I had to order the triple blueberry pancake stack because GO 👏🏾BIG 👏🏾OR 👏🏾GO 👏🏾HOME 🥞 🙌🏾 I additionally added the strawberries and maple syrup. Good touch on it supporting local business 🤌🏾. It was wayyyy bigger than I expected. I could only eat half there and had to finish later. It was deliciousssss👌🏾 my wife got the French toast and let’s just say she cleared it😂 We WILL definitely be coming back. Thanks for the good time
We came for the Prime Rib Special.nSalisbury Steak.nBoth had asparagus and butternut squash.nBoth sides were tasty.nThe Meats missed the spot.nThe Salisbury Steak was ok.nThe Prime Rib was a Cheap cut of meat that looks just like the cut of cheap steak IHOP uses. It was fatty and grainy. And rare in some parts.nFor $31, I expect better.n$81 for a meal for 2 plus tip at a diner is a little bit too much for average food. I've had the same exact food at other places for half the price and better tasting.n3.5 Stars.nFood 3.5nPRICES 1
We had an excellent meal! My oldest got the Shepard’s pie, the individual crockery was a wonderful touch. Everything about my steak tips was perfectly cooked and delicious. The waiter, Johnathan, was fun, energetic and friendly, everything you want when dining with a multitude of age groups. Our youngest thought the pink sundae cup was great(we forgot it behind, I probably will never live that down). The root beer float came with a bowl of chocolate sauce, very cool! The bill came on a record, which for an 80’s kid like me is sooo neat!
The pancakes were a solid 7/10 on the fluffy scale, could even push it to an 8. There was a clover on the pancake for St Patrick day. We had the real NH maple syrup and that tasted like trees and nature.nThe omelette was cooked well, the cheese paired really nicely with the ham, but the spinach didn’t really show up… I liked the rye toast.nOur waitress Jamie was super fun and energetic! Would return just to hang out with her.
Absolutely delicious. Everything is great, the atmosphere and the music are awesome, it feels like traveling back in time. The sweet potatoes with maple mustard are amazing, and the pickles are terrific! I ordered the Monte Cristo and don’t regret it at all. Sarah took care of me and was very attentive and friendly. I will definitely come back again!
