Had the quick pick idea to enjoy Hallowell late afternoon on a Sunday. We had no intention of spending a lot on food but definitely needed something good to eat. So a risk was taken; and a reward was given!nHad the hot sandwich; seasons shredded steak with caramelized onions, sun tomatoes and arugula on a homemade focaccia bread. And wow! Truly, a great first impression in both taste and timely service. I don't consider myself a food snob, but I do expect the quality of food to be on par with the price; and I'd happily revisit again for this item alone. Next time I'll dive deeper into their pizza options to see if the taste matches that of there hot sandwich experience.nGrace was willing to answer my questions regarding her menu and let me know her breads are homemade !nVery impressive focaccia bread.nnUPDATE: a great sandwich stop. The Pizza at Lately's is crispy and delicious. The manager Tyler is always in there and you can tell he really cares about the quality of the pizza. Im greatfull this is my nebiorhood pizza place as it's the best in the area in my opinion. There open late and have a great beer and soda selection.

My friend and I just enjoyed amazing New York style Pizza so Fn good and this is coming from a Real New Yorker 🗽I wish I lived closer because they have so many items on the menu I'd love to try! They even do breakfast and looks Amazing 🤌🏼👄

Scott is a true master of his craft. Perfect ratio of cheese and sauce but most importantly….no flop. Finally someone gets it. This is literally the first time I’ve eaten all the crust from my pizza slices in over 2 years.
