Joey’s Junction Bakery and Cafe

What a hidden gem! We have lived here for two years now and came across this place today. We ordered the avocado toast with the maple oat bread, bacon, and country fried steak. Sarah was our server and she was so personable and on top of it. This will be our new spot. We look forward to enjoying creemes and the view on the lawn by the water this summer!

Pleasant place with wonderful art to have a meal. Good variety on the menu. Plenty of seating in or outside. There's also a case of yummy baked goods. My salad was well make and filling. Pretty tasty too.

We would rate 6 stars if they allowed it, food was intoxicatingly good, Kim was the best!!!

This place was amazing! We had BLTs with 6 (!!!) slices of bacon. We had a side of maple butter fries that were sweet and salty and delicious. We will definitely be back :) the complimentary cupcake was very generous of them. It was a short stop but a great one. Highly recommended!

What a little gem of a place! The food is delicious, much much better than you would expect from a small roadside cafe. HUGE portions, lovely atmosphere with canopied outside dining overlooking a pretty pond. Great service, reasonable pricing and beautiful artwork on display as well as for sale. I just wish this cafe was in my town, Georgia! It is definitely worth the trip to Highgate, you will return again and again.
