Stopped by Exeter Family Restaurant for a comforting meal and left very impressed. The all-day salad and soup combo is a winner—crisp, fresh ingredients paired with their absolutely delicious Pepperpot soup. It was rich, perfectly seasoned, and hit the spot.nnThe sweet potato fries were cooked to perfection: crispy on the outside, soft inside, and not greasy at all.nnEnded the meal with a slice of cherry pie topped with ice cream—the perfect sweet finish with tart, flavorful cherries and creamy vanilla.nnGreat food, cozy atmosphere, and friendly service. Highly recommend!

We love Exeter. Always a great meal !nToday was terrific. There were 7 of us. Our waitress was Jessica C ! She was so friendly and attentive. She made us feel like we were family 💕Everyone enjoyed their meals. Fried chicken , Chopped Steak , Cheesesteak all hits ! I tried something new to the menu - Poblano Chicken Pasta. It was creamy and delicious. The soup and salad bar are always clean and well stocked. The stuffed pepper soup was so good !

Even busy we waited on nothing. Our server Lisa made sure our 1st time there was niceand chatted w me. Our ribs were so tender and I added on chicken breast The soup/salad/pasta bar is a refreshing part of this diner. Well worth the price for what you get. All fresh. Were in area for a show but definitely will be back!

My mother Kathryn and stepdad Mike met at Exeter Family Restaurant for their first date 10 years ago. 5 years later they were engaged at the diner, and are now happily married and continue to visit! 🥰 Thank you for bringing these wonderful people together and for your outstanding service over the years.

One of the top diners in Berks County. Food is fantastic. Services always top notch. Prices are okay for breakfast, little high on the dinner side.
