They made me a delicious vegetarian egg and hash-brown bagel sandwich. I could eat this everyday. My partner’s food was awesome too.
Not my favorite choice of sub rolls they use for a steak sub which I think was hamburger meat but I ate every bite. .... It was tasty with a lot of green/red peppers/ onion. Jalapeno poppers were ok.There was a wait while lady was busy doing something toward rear of store. A man showed up to take order after a bit.
I love this place!nWe just moved to Steep Falls and recently discovered Dans. The food we’ve had so far has been really good, always a friendly environment, and so convenient with lots of items that save you the 25min into town. A few times I’ve asked about items and they’ve gone out back to find it for me.nConvenient, fun, great food!
Went to Dans had the best steak and cheese I have ever had. Service was great and the wait for food was fast! Highly recommend will be back soon!!!
Dan’s humble exterior belies a solid and satisfying sandwich. My partner and I have taken to stopping at Dan’s on our way home from hikes in the area. Everything is made to order, and nothing is pretentious. Just honest, traditional Maine-style submarines. The prices are fair and the staff are friendly and accommodating. My only wish would be that they had a customer bathroom!
