Applebee’s Grill + Bar

My husband and I are pretty easy to please especially when I don't have to do the cooking. But we do like pasta HOT, and this lunch was not. We asked to have it zapped... it took to long; you know what a microwave does to pasta. So we decided we would leave. In comes Gen. Manager, Brad and Dist. Manager. Jamy. After apologizes, they convinced us to stay (we shared a chicken sandwich on the house, which was very good). The managers were very understanding, professional, friendly, and efficient. The day manager, Jason and waitress, Julia were also very professional and friendly. And yes, Julia received a nice tip. We'll go back, probably many times.

The food is great, if you ever go ask for abe, im so glad i got the pleasure of being served by him, he approached us with a big smile and kept us laughing the entire time he really made our experience. He gets 5 big boomsnBOOMnBOOMnBOOMnBOOMnBOOM

Sat at the bar, with my honey. Radio said snow on the way. Arrived early, for us, 5:30.nMonday. Not a full house. Sat at the bar. Bartender, Kathy, was one of the best ever encountered at this sort of venue. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and kind. We were a bit disappointed by the lack of dark beer of any sort, but she suggested a couple of favorable brews which were interesting. Blue Moon the best.nMenu is great, prices in range. Food was tasty, portions good. My side order of broccoli was not hot and cooled rapidly, but not over cooked, so that's a plus.nWe were pleased, again. Kathy is a gem.

Ordered a drink and appetizer with our main meal and got the meal and never sent the appetizer or drink through, got appetizer in a box as we were leaving and the drink after we were done. very un pleased with the last few times we’ve been here but tonight sealed the deal. waitress came once or twice whole time.

Our server Lannie (I hope I spelled that right) was super nice and I would come again (PS: her hair is super pretty🤩) lani is the best server ever! -Emma and Hank
